Landing page email submissions. For transparency we would like to inform you that we do obtain email addresses from various capture pages within the MMO, work from home, AI, Crypto and various other categories in these niches of which this list is not exhaustive.  We do not categorise individuality of any type and these emails are collected on a generic bases as in the niches listed.  Emails are collected via our autoresponder within a third party LeadsLeap system. 

Emails are automatically placed as inactive within 3-6 months if emails are not opened/clicked.  Please note this is an automatic process by Leadsleap.  All emails in an inactive state will be manually deleted after 6 months by Darren Langdon.  If you do choose to unsubscribe then please use the unsubscribe links provided to ensure complete deletion.  Your details will then deleted forever from our lists and will not be used again in any further communication unless you decide to sign up to newsletters and other offers through our various landing pages. 

All emails which are inactive for 6 months will be manually deleted by Darren Langdon (Data Processor/Controller/Data Protection Officer).  There may be a 7 day lapse/on either side of the month however this is an ongoing manual process which will start on the last day of very month to ensure deletion.  If for any reason you are still receiving emails after deletion or unsubscribing please contact darren.langdon@chef.net immediately so I/he can rectify/resolve these errors.

If for any reason there is a breach of information and emails are used for other purposes by a third party you will be notified within 24 hours to ensure you are aware.  Heading of email: ATTENTION: Your email subscription.

All information such as first name and email address will only be valid for the subject matter as listed above. i,e: Internet marketing, digital marketing and not used in any way such as weight loss, adult marketing, etc.  If you feel your email address has been used unlawfully or in the wrong way please contact darren.langdon@chef.net immediately to ensure he is informed and can rectify this within 24 hours.

What Personally Identifiable Information is collected? We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors. We collect the following additional information from our Authorized Customers: the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of Authorized Customers, the nature and size of the business, and the nature and size of the advertising inventory that the Authorized Customer intends to purchase or sell.

How does the Site use Personally Identifiable Information? We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill buying and selling requests on the Site. We may email Visitors and Authorized Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to contact Visitors and Authorized Customers in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.

How is Personally Identifiable Information stored? Personally Identifiable Information collected by sites owned by Darren Langdon is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties. At present we use an autoresponder via the website Leadsleap which at time of producing this statement all is secure.

What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information? Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or by contacting us at darren.langdon@chef.net

Are Cookies Used on the Site? Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also use Cookies for security purposes to protect our Authorized Customers.

How does Darren Langdon use login information? Our sites achieving-success uses login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user's movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.

How can Visitors correct any inaccuracies in Personally Identifiable Information? Visitors and Authorized Customers may contact us to update Personally Identifiable Information about them or to correct any inaccuracies by emailing darren.langdon@chef.net.

Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site? We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site's database by contacting darren.langdon@chef.net. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes? We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.
